Thanks to the simple sandwich build up of the ZPZ and ZPI foils they are ideal to be used as semi-manufactured materials in an established production facility.
The materials are simple to handle (either in sheets or on coils), simple to process (through stamping, cutting, etching processes) and simple to design (any shape or form can be made within the full area of the foil).

Application Design
The ZPZ and ZPI foils can easily be designed and geometrically adapted to fit almost any application. Thanks to the simple three layered structure of our ZPZ and ZPI foils the design process is very short and easy. From having the foil with the required properties to having a finished heating application product is only a few simple and well established manufacturing steps away. |
