Background
A manufacturer making heated table tops for the medical industry today utilizes a traditional form of foil to heat an aluminium plate constituting the table top. The heat generated by the old foil takes a long time to make the table uniform in temperature.
Objective
The challenge is to have smooth power distribution and even surface temperature over the whole surface of the table at 37°C.
